I’ve tried many things over the years to take the edge off hunger and cravings without stimulants, and this timed release formula works very well. I try to make healthy choices, and there really is no substitute for eating decently and getting some exercise, but this product really makes it easy to stay in control. The Hoodia arrived in two days, I took one each morning and evening, and within a couple of days I was only very slightly hungry at normal meal times, but it was as though it really didn’t matter, it wasn’t distracting, and I no longer experienced any cravings.

I have waited for 3 months to review this product. I have to say I have tried 2 other Hoodias including Certified Hoodia by Dr. Dave E. David and Hoodia Ultra 2000. Because I don’t get hunger pains, I can make better choices of food. One thing, as soon as you stop taking the Hoodia the crazy hunger comes back like a storm.

I purchased the 3 pack here on amazon. I am very happy with this hoodia. I use it every day and it helps give me the discipline not to eat snacks so much. I dont think that everyone understands how hoodia works. It curbs the appetite but it doesnt burn calories. If people continue to eat out of habbit, even if they are not hungry, then they are not going to have the success that I am having for losing weight.

I started taking this hoodia supplement about 2 months ago, and I really like it. It does what it says-it helps curb your appetite, but it does not make it completely go away-and it’s not supposed to-so if that’s what you’re expecting, this product probably isn’t for you. I don’t take it every day, but when I do, there is definitely a noticeable effect on my hunger. I would recommend drinking plenty of water, even if you’re not very thirsty, hoodia does have a slight effect on suppressing your thirst but you can’t forget your fluids!

This is not a “miracle pill” for weight loss, but it does help you eat less and if you are conscious of the foods you do eat when you are hungry and you get in some daily activity, this will help you lose weight.

The best part for me is not having any side-effects. The only thing in this is pure Hoodia-no caffeine or other “herbal blends” to make you jittery or give you a tummy ache. The “serving size” is 2 pills a day-one in the morning, and one later in the day, I usually take it about an hour and a half before I eat dinner. The “time release” feature of this supplement keeps the effects stable throughout the day so you don’t get the high-low effect. Also, I noticed that the first few days I didn’t notice a significant effect on my hunger, but after the 3rd day (6 pills) the effect was definitely there, so it does take a little time (at least for me, anyway.)

Overall, I would definitely recommend this product if you are looking for a little help in eating less food overall-but in order to lose weight, you still have to pay attention to what kinds of food you eat, when you do eat.

To be honest, I was skeptical about whether or not Hoodia would work for me… I started taking this about 2 weeks ago, last week I lost 3 pounds… I am working out and watching what I eat, but with just diet and exercise I hadn’t lost more than a pound a week in the last 2 months… I will be buying the three month supply after this bottle runs out. It has cut down my appetite pretty well… I used to snack constantly through the day and this has helped alot. It does however give me a wicked stomacheache if I’m nervous or stressed out… I read that this can be a normal side effect.

I have tried several brands and found this to work the best. I think people have to take responsiblility for thier own actions and if they keep eating even when they are not really hungry, then they wont get the results they are hoping for. This had curbed my appetite more often than not.

Two years ago I did the Hcg diet with the aid of a prescribed diet pill and I was still starved throughout the diet. This time around I opted for Hoodia and I am amazed at how well it works. I considered getting a product with additional supplements in it that was supposed to be better but often supplements trigger a migraine and/or not work at all & pricey so I stuck with the Hoodia alone. IT REALLY WORKS. I never purchase a product without reading the reviews but yet I never write a review but this time I decided I should because I know how it feels to search and search for a product and not know whether you are making the right choice and getting a product that does what it says. This works for me. What else can I say. I have only been using it for about 45 days but am already losing weight. My sister uses it too but doesnt have quite the same disipline with meal portions that I do.
